Shipping Policy

Orders placed by 12pm MT will usually ship the same business day unless any products require a lead time due to quantity ordered or seasonal restrictions. Orders are shipped out Monday-Wednesday to ensure the quality of your order isn’t compromised by having to sit in a shipping facility over the weekend. Orders placed after 12pm MT on Wednesday will ship on the following Monday. Customers from the United States can expect to receive their order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days; we currently are not taking international orders. We are unable to change the shipping address after an order has been placed. If you would like to expedite shipping, please contact us at support@enjoykefla.com. 

Warm Weather Shipping

During exceptionally hot periods, Kefla may cancel orders so they can be shipped when the temperature is more appropriate. Why? Kefla’s chocolates are susceptible to melting when they are exposed to high temperature. Shipping Kefla’s bars to locations with temperatures well above 74F, the point in which our morsels begin to melt, is no easy feat! We do our best to ensure your morsels arrives in the best condition possible with the help from the following:

Wrapping For Shipping
When we receive your order, we carefully create insulated box liner for shipping. We do this using thermal bubble wrap. This gives it protection from damage & the metal coating gives considerable protection against heat.
But that is not all we do. Every order that we fulfill during the warmer months is packed with cold packs to help keep your morsels cool for hours.
Shipping Schedule & Options
Kefla’s cacao bars starts to melt at 74F. We constantly monitoring the ship-to destination temperature to ensue we are not shipping morsels to environment with high temperature. Your options for shipping may be limited to ensure the integrity of our products.
Shipping to Business Addresses
Even with all the precautionary steps we take to ensure the integrity of each morsel, they stand no match for the sun if your package is left on a hot porch for several hours. When ordering, ship your items to a location where someone will be available to receive the package. If possible, we encourage shipping to a business address rather than residential address to help keep your package in a temperature-controlled environment.  We are not responsible for melted morsels if the package has been left outside.
Return Policy
 If you are dissatisfied with our product, we accept returns for full refund under certain conditions.

1. Any unopened and unused products may be returned for any reason within 30 days from order received date. The products must be in new condition with original, resalable packaging. For health reasons, any opened products are not returnable. Upon arrival of the returned products to our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for your purchase for the cost of the products, but not including any return shipping charges.

2. For issues regarding damages, mispicks, melting, or other concerns, a photo must accompany your return request. We will not be able to review a return under these circumstances without a photo.

3. After 30 days from order received date, products are ineligible for returns or credit.
